Punctuality
We request all our clients to reach Shalom Spa 15mins before their scheduled treatment time. Late arrival can decrease the time allocated for your treatment, potentially affecting its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at its scheduled time, not to cause delay for our next client.
Cancellation
By courtesy towards other clients and our therapists, if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are requested to inform us 3hrs before.
Quiet Enjoyment
We are best at offering the most relaxing and calming Spa experience as on your arrival. Our guests are requested to maintain a quiet level while having conversations as a courtesy towards other guests in different places. As we are a mobile free zone, we request our guests to put their mobile phone to silent mode or switch off.
Tips
If our services have extended your expectations, a tip box is available at your discretion. Tips are shared among all members of the team without whom your experience would not have been the same.

Gift Certificates
Gift vouchers, are on sale at the reception to offer a unique spa experience to the person of your choice. The original should be presented at the Spa reception upon arrival of your appointment.
Spa Attire
For your comfort, a shower is recommended before each treatment. We will provide you with a robe and slippers. Dispensable underwear is available for each treatment to protect your modesty. Lockers are available for your personal belongings
Personal belongings
The Spa will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items in the Spa
Fidelity Card
Our customers benefit from our fidelity program, valid for one year. Your card will be stamped for each treatment and gift certificate paid.
